Kitchen, sitting room and dining room

This room is divided into three distinct rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, built in electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The washing machine is in the utility room. The sitting room has views over the courtyard and beyond with an electric wood burner. Through the central screen leads to the dining room with a large glazed door opening onto a Juliet balcony providing superb country views.

Double bedroom

This room has a double bed with double glazed door opening out onto a terrace. It has an ensuite shower, toilet, basin, and wall mounted mirror and shaver point.

Children's bunk bedroom

This room has 2' 6" bunk beds with a view over the courtyard.

Twin bedroom

This room has twin 3' beds with views over the side courtyard drive.

Shower room

This has a corner shower, toilet, basin with wall mounted mirror.

Ensuite and Shower room
Complimentary toiletries are provided, together with one bath sheet and one hand towel per person.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Kitchen
This is well equiped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Ecover cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishcloths and tea towels etc. are also provided. A washing machine is provided, together with iron and ironing board. There are washing lines in the lawned area and a tumble drier is available on request. Water is supplied by our own borehole which is treated and is healthy and pure.

Dogs

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are allowed for which there is a surcharge of £25.00 each per week.

Baby/toddler equipment

Travel cot and high chair are available on request and are suitable up to the age of 2 years at no extra charge. Please note that we do not provide bedding.
