Sitting room, kitchen and dining area

This room has a wood burning stove, double glazed window with superb countryside views and door to the courtyard. At one end is a fitted kitchen area with fridge freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. The main entrance door is at this end and leads to the car park, patio area and large lawned area.

Bedroom

This room has a 6 ft super king size zip and link bed and dual aspect windows with views over the surrounding countryside.

Shower room

This has a corner shower cubicle, toilet and basin, with wall mounted mirror, shaver point and heated towel rail/radiator.

Complimentary toiletries are provided, together with one bath sheet and one hand towel per person.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Kitchen
This is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Ecover cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishcloths and tea towels etc. are also provided. A washing machine is provided, together with iron and ironing board. There are washing lines in the lawned area and a tumble drier is available on request. Water is supplied by our own borehole which is treated and is healthy and pure.

Dogs

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are allowed for which there is a surcharge of £25.00 each per week.

Baby/toddler equipment

Travel cot and high chair are available on request and are suitable up to the age of 2 years at no extra charge. Please note that we do not provide bedding.
