How do I find out about availability? I want to come and stay in the next few days.

How do confirm my booking?

After checking availability, please fill in the Booking Form and sign the Terms and Conditions. A deposit of 30% is required which must be sent to Mennabroom within 7 days of making contact. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away the payment must be made in full within 7 days.

When is the outstanding balance due?

This is due 8 weeks before your stay and an invoice will be sent to you. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (13)

Are dogs allowed in the cottages?

Yes. We allow up to two pets per cottage and these are charged at £25.00 each. Please provide your own pet beds and all the necessary equipment. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (5).

Can changeover days be flexible?

During the summer season for a 7 night break, The Byre changeover day is Friday, The Shippon and The Tallet changeover day is Saturday. For short breaks and in the autumn, winter and spring, this depends on availability. Days can vary and if at all possible made to suit you.

What is Mennabroom Cottages’ cancellation policy?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (10). We advise all our guests to take out insurance to cover their booking in the event of cancellation.
